1-YEAR LIMITED BOAT COVER WARRANTY

Aqua Boat Covers is owned and operated by GEM AIR-SEA SYSTEMS US INC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

We are committed to providing quality boat covers and marine accessories designed to help protect your investment. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty coverage, including what is covered, what is excluded, warranty claim procedures, customer responsibilities, and limitations of liability.

3. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined in this Warranty Policy, Aqua Boat Covers warrants that eligible boat covers purchased directly from our website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and recreational use for a period of:

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through Aqua Boat Covers or authorized sales channels approved by GEM AIR-SEA SYSTEMS US INC.

4. PRODUCTS COVERED

The One-Year Limited Warranty applies exclusively to:

5. PRODUCTS NOT COVERED

Marine accessories sold separately may not be covered by this warranty and may instead be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Consumable Components

Including but not limited to:

• Straps
• Buckles

6. WHO IS COVERED

This warranty extends only to:

Neglect

10. COLOR CHANGES AND FADING

• Material aging

Such changes are considered normal wear and are not covered under this warranty.

11. WATER RESISTANCE DISCLAIMER

Although many boat covers are designed with water-resistant or water-repellent properties, no cover is guaranteed to be completely waterproof under all conditions.
